Exciting news! CSN has contacted me to provide them with a tool review. If you have not heard of CSN, they are the company that carries a huge variety of products from lights to luggage.....and tools! They have over 200 online stores. I cannot tell you excited I am to be noticed by such a large company. As flattered though as I am to be contacted by CSN, perhaps the really neat thing about being asked to do this though, has very little to do with me. I think it is an indication of the way that more and more women out there are working with their hands and buying tools. Craftswomen have become a significant buying force and it says a lot about all of you when a company like CSN is willing to spend advertising dollars to reach you.
CSN will be sending a tool for me to review soon, and I will post it as soon as I am finished running the tool through it's paces. I agree it is wonderful that companies are noticing that women like working with tools too. I just wish that they would take us into consideration when designing tools. I have small hands even for a woman and while I have no trouble operating most power tools I can not remove the battery from any of our battery operated tools. So if the battery dies I have to stop even though there are 4 other batteries charged and waiting because I can't get the dead one out of the tool.
I can't wait to see what tool you get to review.

Great idea about a link directly to the manufacturer. I know I would post. I will take a look at the tools this weekend and note their manufacturer.
